Theodora Matei

Process Facilitator, Office Manager

Theodora has a Psychology degree and she is also studying for a master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her interests in people brought her to work with human-centered design methodology, learning and understanding how problems are solved with design thinking, focusing on people needs.

Starting with the first year of university, she gained experience working in organizing and attending events and workshops on mental health topics and in community and office management.

Her role at Design Thinking Society is to manage and facilitate the backstage process for online and offline workshops so that clients and participants could experience the workshops at their best. She is also responsible for research project management, managing user recruiting, user interviews, process documentation and office management tasks.
