Nicoleta Marin has over 15 years of professional experience in organizational development, both in large international group and as an entrepreneur and freelancer. Besides Design Thinking practitioner, she is professional coach, certified ACC by the International Coaching Federation and Lego ® Serious Play ® certified facilitator.
Since 2016 she has been accompanying organizations, from multinationals to start-ups and NGOs, to succeed in their transformations, gain in agility and create collaborative environments. Before this, she worked for a large international banking group, both in France and Romania. Through different managerial positions, for more than 10 years, she has contributed to develop two new subsidiaries and implement strategic projects.
For Nicoleta Marin, Design Thinking was a natural choice. More than a method, it is a mindset of being genuinely curious, dealing with uncertainty and being confident in the capacity to generate a lot of ideas and always find the solutions you need. Passionate about human and organizational evolution, she believes she can contribute this way to the successful transformation of organizations toward more agile ways of working, meaningful work and sustainable performance.
She has been among the first members of Design Thinking Community, since 2016 and she is successfully collaborating with Design Thinking Society since then on various projects.
