Alina is a senior leader with 14 years of experience in some of the largest media/branding/PR and advertising companies from Romania. During this period, together with her teams, she has developed and implemented awarded PR/ advertising campaigns and successful events for both local and global companies (such as Mercedes-Benz, Colgate-Palmolive, Lidl, Unilever etc).
The decision to pursue her passion for design thinking came from her desire to make an impact on a company’s products and services, by adopting a human-centered approach, BEFORE they enter the communication cycle. For the last 3 years, Alina has been co-designing and delivering Design Thinking workshops and projects for top players in the market.
As she is keen on contributing to the development of the future business environment, she is also a lecturer at The Entrepreneurship Academy.
