Adelina Dabu

Facilitator

Adelina Dabu is an experienced public affairs and sustainability consultant, having worked on coordination of stakeholder engagement strategies, political and reputational risk assessment, corporate communication, social dialogue and EU affairs. Among other projects, she coordinated local development and corporate sustainability reporting.

With a genuine interest in civic and social projects, Adelina has also activated in various non-profit projects, including Black Sea Diaries coordination, volunteering for 80east and Factual.

Devoted community builder, she has acted as a curator for the Global Shapers Bucharest Hub (World Economic Forum) and is currently vice-president of the Aspen Fellows Network (Aspen Institute Romania). She is also a Climate Reality Leader.

Concerned with economic and social change, Adelina Dabu discovered design thinking and social thinking, methods she in now using to facilitate exploration and innovation processes with teams from various areas, including business, entrepreneurship, climate, civic, etc.

Adelina studied political science, business administration and European affairs in Bucharest and Bologna, and she is currently enrolled in an MA in anthropology, program that is adding structure to her human center approach to her work.
